this is why i'm subscribed. you have an immense amount of wisdom. so eloquently spoken without that cringe motivational tone, comparative elements that resonate with religion here. being present, gratefulness (moaning), exercise (prayer) looking at those less fortunate. constantly educating and learning (also encouraged in my religion) . and tbh im a decade older and still learning these skills, and then bham! you hit a midlife crisis and back to square 1... lol. thank you for being relatable, and thanks fr the content :)
