The best thing that made the biggest difference was using CCI Standard Velocity in my 597, Mcarbo trigger spring paired with the Volquartsen hammer did a lot also! I shot a 5/8 group at 50, that made me happy. Cant wait to see what we can do at 100! Great video sir!🫡

Round quality changes the game completely with these rounds. CCI SV or Stingers perform very well at 100.

@grahambambeck7452 I've not had any real good experience with Stingers besides the fact that they get my GSG MP5-22 running a bit more reliably! Since I started shooting SK rounds I'm kinda hooked!

It's a pretty accurate rifle for what it is. Luckily I picked one up in 2017 for $100 at Sportsmans Warehouse(including a $50 rebate). Best deal I found. The only problem I've had so far is that the pin that pulls the bolt back does get loose and tends to fall out. Besides that it's a solid rifle that my nieces and nephews can learn to shoot on. I used Federal target grade the cheap stuff LOL!

You mind find greater accuracy in that rifle by trying some different rounds. I have found my 22LR’s prefer certain ammunition’s over others. In many cases the difference in accuracy is substantial. I have found most of my semi auto rifles like CCI mini mags. I haven’t found one yet that likes the Federal Automatch.

Is there a squirrel hunt in your future? I'm not sure I'd be comfortable taking a hunting shot at 100 with that much drop but you're dialed in for 50 and under.

Congrats bro! I think it's sweeeeet and I also have 30 round magazine which loads up 25 rounds fairly easy and it's a blast to shoot. God bless and happy shooting.
