Love listening you and Peter talking. It’s nice listening to real heroes talking about their experiences. Peter must have some man in his younger days. Just like yourself Rusty. You are both so laid back talking about your experiences, to me I think wow I wish I had what it took to join the military in my younger days. Unfortunately I never had what it took but I do have the greatest of respect for our veterans.

Hello Rusty, hello Pete. Another great video. Its incredible with machinery, how the new stuff is quite fragile. When you look at the difference between dakota and hercules, which theres only about 25years between them, however the level of technology that allows the hercules to be bigger, faster and take bigger payloads, also makes more vunerable, if hit. Having said that, would love to go on holiday in either of them, even if it was similar to traveling from lands end to jon o grotes in me old lef sprung land rover.

Hi, Rusty, I have a friend who is a Walt. He served in the Queen’s regiment (Prince of Wales). As long as I’ve known him he’s claimed to be an ex Para. Not only that, he was a pathfinder. It all came out during lockdown, so he dodged a bullet down the pub. At first I was worried about him doing something silly but then I found out he walked into our local as if nothing had happened and they barred him on the spot. My question is, how, as a human being, am I supposed to deal with him? So many people are saying on social media, “it’s George”. “Ignore the gossip”. Everyone that knows George loves him but everyone in the forces hates him for what he’s done. I’m confused. Thanks
