ROTE education is still the primary way teaching is based, dashiell benson. My free-form educators gave me tools that allowed me to learn so much more AFTER school was not snubbing my mind... and I turned to drugs. School snubbed my mind (aside from those good educators) more than the drugs I did... and the drugs wrecked me. I took more intellectual damage by ROTE learning than the drugs I played with. Let that sink in. I'm not a burn-out dipsh*t because I had a handful of great educators that gave me the tools to learn once I was not exposed to boring mind-numbing ROTE programming. I am working on making contacts with those educators to thanking them for taking the stupid out of school. Slow but steady progress.

Two mistakes in this video: Thomas Harvey, the pathologist who took the brain wasn't with Princeton University. He was with Princeton Hospital, which is not and never was affiliated with the university. And Einstein didn't work at the university either. He worked at the Institute for Advanced Study, which is a separate institution a few minutes from the university campus.

I heard a colleague of Einstein say that at the end of the day, him and Einstein needed a paper clip to hold all of their papers togather. As they looked around the room, Einstein said: if we could find a piece of wire, we could make one. Einstein said , "I found a piece of wire". The colleague said that he watched Einstein unfold and straighten a paper clip, then bent it to the shape of a paper clip. He had a differant thought process than most of us.

That bad memory thing comforts me. It shows that you can be a genius but still have problems memorizing things. I'm considered pretty smart and can remember lots of different facts, math, and scientific methods because they all make sense to me. It's like they all have patterns that you can piece together without having to use straight memorization. But things like dates, peoples names, and especially street directions never stick in my mind. It takes me months and months of driving in a small area to be able to get around without a map or gps. To me, there is no immediately visible pattern to these things and every step has to be individually memorized instead of just understood as a whole.

I think it's kinda dumb to link the existence of universe to facts about Einstein. It's irrirating to lift some people so high, while actually it's the whole scientific community. There were other people besides Einstein working on relativity. (There was this one Finn, for example, who is always mentioned by the Finnish professors here!) That being said, scientific theories are not, as far as I know, ever debunked. Newtonian mechanics for example are not incorrect by our standards, we've only found that the scope of that is rather limited.

The last example, "The universe itself" is not an example, because you where naming the things that derived from the _discovery_ and human application of the theory, not the existence elements that it describes.

Anything over 160 is just estimated so it ends at 160 ,above that your technically a super genius (not human level). At the same time IQ is complicated just because you score a 120 doesn't mean your really a 120, you could be 200, the other way around too. Not to get anyone's hopes up lol. If you ever felt your stupid then it's probably true . It all has to do with how well you can understand ,how fast your brain calculates and most importantly how good your logic is. There are much more factors, so Einstein could have had the IQ score of 130 and still done all that. Albert Einstein never did an IQ test so we'll never know the range of his intelligence.

The reason his parietal lobes were so much larger than normal is because there was another area of his brain that was missing. It may have been two areas, one on each side. The missing parts of his brain account for his indifference to his appearance, his wild hair, his not wearing socks, and other behaviors. The parietal lobes filled in and gave him extra ability in the area of visual-spatial thinking. That is why he thought so imaginatively and with symbols and pictures to represent abstract ideas.

Such as cold fusion on an efficient scale
@QapNPoo
@QapNPoo 9 жыл бұрын
+Combinacijusx Well please, explain your reasoning and any evidence for your standpoint. Oh you cannot? You aren't an expert in nuclear physics? But you don't believe cold fusion can exist... All that aside and I apologize for being so rude, please try not to postulate upon things without evidence or qualification to think on such abstract ideas. Cold fusion is possible, allowing for atoms to fuse as they do within a star but without the intense heat and pressure that exists there. This allows for a more efficient power output by romoving the energy necessary to create the heat and pressure of a star and fuse them by other means within normal environmental parameters. This is not only possible but it has been reported (never reproduced) in laboritories around the world for decades. In the late 1800s people vould not imagine man flying, and within 70 years we were landing men on the moon. Science fiction is only such until it becomes science fact, and we have learned that the strangest equations and predictions have come up with verifiable results against our own perception of reality.
@SolarusRex
@SolarusRex 9 жыл бұрын
QapNPoo well im just going to post this"Theoretically, for any sort of fusion one needs to overcome the Coulomb repulsion of the relevant nuclei, on the order of MeV in order to allow the nuclei to get close enough for their wave functions to overlap and fuse. Because of the phenomenom of quantum mechanical tunnelling, this can be reduced to tens to hundreds of kev. So temperatures of >> 10^5 K, or cold muons (which outweigh electrons by 200x) are required to reduce the internuclear distance (as in muon catalyzed cold fusion, a real phenomenon), or some other special mechanism is required to allow this close approach.However, for any sort of chemically catalyzed fusion, i.e. via the valence electrons, to take place, the binding energy of the two H atoms to the catalyst would have to be so high, that the particular configuration of the low energy valence electrons, etc. would necessarily be entirely irrelevant to the problem, i.e. whatever their arrangement they could not possibly catalyze the fusionable nuclei to approach close enough to fuse. So no clever packing arrangement, quasiparticles, special adsorbtion, special crystal lattice structures, etc. could ever alter this conclusion. Whatever was happening at such low energy scales would appear as a kind of irrelevant fluff compared to the energy scale of the internuclear distance necessary for fusion.Therefore valence electron catalyzed cold fusion would violate the fundamental laws of quantum mechanics, nuclear physics, etc"
@momchi98
@momchi98 9 жыл бұрын
QapNPoo I think that physicist have to prove cold fusion, not say others should disprove it. But if it could never be recreated, then we don't understand it very well. Is there any math or other proof that say that atoms can fuse at relatively low temperatures?

08:10 Einstein's original paper on special relativity ("On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies"), from June of 1905, did not include the famous E=mc2 equation. That equation first appeared in his later paper "Does the Inertia of a Body Depend on Its Energy Content?," from September of 1905.

theres literally too many weird things about einstein based on what i think, for him to not have something like autism. like how could he possibly have failed such in school, or be so weirdly talanted and untalanted at many things. "too weird to be normal".

kimberly cambell Ah, I didn't check it. Actually the truth is: I mixed Vsauce up with Veritasium? not sure of the name there. If we are speaking Vsause, it is smarter. That is the answer. #1 Michael, #2 Arran.

WaffIecakesyrup Vsause tells the whole story whereas T42 goes for the punchline. But why do they all think we like repetition: Vsause, hi, Michael here. Every time? Others use, What's up guys every ‰¢{ Time. Repetition is overrated. Video thumbs with the same logo on all vids aren't very attractive.
