Surely part of the reason for that is that the truth was able to be revealed under their system of government. Other conspiracies from non-US sources likely won't fall under the category of 'turned out to be true' because, for example, the Russians and Chinese are far less likely to admit to some of the awful things they have done to people, including their own citizens, so the conspiracies persist but are never confirmed.

My father's home in Monte Rio was literally right below the Bohemian Grove. The locals, including my father, referred to it as the Bohemian Club (its original name, referring to the San Francisco based club that originally created it). He said it was some U.S. government facility that hid under the disguise of a gentleman's club. it was protected by heavily armed guards, and to stay away from it. I later found out there was a lot of truth what he had stated. The grove was actually about 50ft higher in elevation than where my fathers home sat along the Russian River. this is way up in the Sonoma Mountains let me mind you. Facing the edge of a cliff from below, all we could see was a huge towering mansion and palm trees, but not much else. One thing we did notice was a constant volley of helicopters flying in and out, all nearby that mansion. As a kid, rumors always swirled that the grove was inhabited by satanists who performed satanic rituals. While I'm highly doubtful of this, they do seem to have some bizarre rituals among members. While many aren't aware of this, it turns out the Bohemian Grove was the site of government planning over the Atomic Bomb in 1942. Why would the government be using a gentleman's club to plan military action? Either way, I find it hard to imagine its simply a gentleman's club since it was being utilized for top-secret military planning. It is in fact guarded by U.S military personnel.

@@MrSpooner1985 lol, it likely is just a playground for rich people being weird today. If I had a dollar for every strange sound I heard coming from that place I'd be a millionaire. I could see why they would install such a club there, as Monte Rio was an incredibly beautiful place. I spent almost every summer there as a kid, great memories swimming in the Russian River. Sadly, my father passed away back in 2008 and we later sold his home in Monte Rio the following year. It was cool to be a part of such a mysterious place though.

If your partner can’t even get you a diamond ring, (and you can get even a simple one for like $1k), then why would you agree to marry him? It shows he is able to provide, that he cares to invest in you and your future together, it is something you can sell for cash in the event the relationship ends, and it is something that shows others that you are taken/off the market. It is not just having been “brainwashed” by the De Beers company. There are real reasons to have an engagement ring. Also you may not want one now, but what about in 10 years time? You may change your mind. There is a story like that on a podcast- i think Death, Sex and Money. The woman said she did not want an engagement ring when they married, and they married fairly young. Well 10+ years into the relationship they end up WINNING a diamond in a contest. The husband in this scenario wants to sell the diamond rather than having it set into a ring for his wife. It highlights for the wife that she is married to a complete cheapskate. But she is too demure and submissive to really have it out with him. That episode just grossed me out with how selfish and cheap the husband was and how the wife was being so utterly disrespected. But of course that is just my opinion. Good luck answering the tired old question “where is your ring?” everytime somebody asks about your relationship status. That sounds like it’ll get old fast.

@Julia A You want me to write an essay with citations? There's a great number of things going on in the world today that lead me to believe that MK-Ultra is no longer simply a project, but an implemented process being used in mass media. In today's society, more than ever before, people are able to moved like a herd in the field with a simple news broadcast. Check out "From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory" The devices of warfare outlined in that paper will send a chill down your spine. I.E. "Ionization of the air: An abundance of negative condensation nuclei (“air ions”) in ingested air enhances alertness and exhilaration, while an excess of positive ions enhances drowsiness and depression."

If you want evidence I direct you to the following: Advertisers Food Industry Pharmaceutical Industry Financial Industry Politicians News All well known for using misleading and psychologically persuasive measures. Not all "mind control" is black and white spirals or swinging pocket watches. It can be as simple as exaggerating a virus, keeping you in fear, resetting the economy, taking your privacy, controlling what you buy and consume, then selling you the solution.

It is actually, i went through a course of it living in Louisville, unfortunately for them I back up journal entries and have a decent control over my mind, including photographic memory. I don’t know if they were government agents or people who decided to try it but they tried for 6 months before I escaped by getting a phone and a car from my uncle

Here’s one: people in the past used to die young by 30 or 40. I digitized census records covering over 1000 years. They did not die young. We do. They were long lived and happy. Only sailors got a little scratch and died. We all live as badly as sailors used to now.

Daniel Clark One MAJOR fact you need to be aware of: If you compare all the evils of the USA, on a holistic level, taking into consideration the degree of their crimes, the overall shock factor together with the ferocity of their crimes -and make a comparison with the other countries of the world regarded as being the MOST evil, the axis countries including Russia and Iran, in my sincere judgement, the USA leaves them trailing in the dust. What has Iran done that is worse than anything here? Even Russia under Putin? You may be quick to mention the poisonings but look at all the US citizens and others which America has assasinated either without trial (eg: Awlaki and his teenage son) or through extra judicial killings. Lets not forget Guamtanamo Bay! Trump, Bush, Bolton and Pompeii have discredited the USA and damaged its reputatation on the world stage to such a degree, world opinion, today, I feel is still very much against the USA.
