When i started out in my fluid art journey the person I watched was Annmarie Ridderhoff . Cathleen came a few years after her, they both are amazing lady's!!! I love how they inspire and share there beautiful art with everyone. Annmarie has changed course a bit exploring different artistic avenues, but she is still around. Cathleen is genuine and you can tell she was a very hard worker to get where she is in life now. Her personality is so sweet. I respect and love both of them for being real !!!!

Not only is this such a gorgeous piece my sweet friend but it brings back so many wonderful memories! Cathleen was (and still is) such a huge inspiration for me back when I first started! I think one of the very first swipes on my channel was a “Cathleen Copycat” and very similar to this one! Not only am I so thankful for the knowledge I’ve gained over the years but I’m beyond grateful for the priceless friendships made along the way, like mine and YOURS!! I love you dearly and can’t wait to see you at FAE!! 🫶🏼💐

Britt great tip about using one hand for swiping. I did not know that. Cathleen is the queen of swiping, but you did an amazing job. ❤❤❤

Gorgeous Britt! You used a dry paper towel rather than dampened? Also, you didn’t use a CA correct?

@@kathyz8203 - Hey Kathy - no, my paper towels were damp when I swiped the wet paint. I did go back and dry swipe a little at the end to get some dark blue in there. And no cell activator. Just the paints blending created the cells.
