Fred, my wife and I enjoy the short 15 min videos but we also really love the longer 1 hour ones as well. In fact we have been listening since the beginning and have been educated by every video you have uploaded! As many have said before you are a gifted storyteller and an awesome teacher and we really appreciate both you and the brave folks that share their experiences with you. Thanks buddy!

Hello there, fellow New Englander. I imagine you had some pretty good gusts and downpours today. I have to tell you that once when I was visiting my mother in Western MA, Berkshire's, I had a little incident. It was about 18 years ago, and I got up early for a walk. I was coming back up the road, which was heavily forested, and suddenly, I was filled with terror and started smelling that nasty wet dog smell. There was nobody around, it was about 6:30 a.m., one or two cars had driven by. I didn't have the courage to look behind me. I crossed the street, and there was a wall that went around a private resort or something. I thought I could attempt to scale the wall if a black bear came at me or something (How ridiculous. No way could I have scaled anything, LOL), I never thought Hairy Man. The terror I felt was primordial. I started really hauling butt, made it back to the main street, and that was it. Knowing what I know now, I believe I may have been followed by a Hairy man or woman in the fine Commonwealth of MA. There have been several sightings in MA. I am sure you know. Well, take it easy and thank you for saying hello😀

I just learned 1 of Alaska national Forest has 13 million acres.. 13 million acres 😮. it's truly unimaginable, but it does put it in perspective when you said there is more acres of land than people. Well Captain Fred thanks again and Have a great weekend .😊

The Hairy-Man has an undeniable knack for passing out sobering "reality checks" to many of us... the kind that makes you re-think priorities. The sudden changes of heart/mind some experience after crossing paths with MR Hairy-Man is understandable... Talk about a rude surprise! that was NOT mentioned in the travel brochure!
