Why do u need a course? It's a contract for deed. It's pretty simple and title or closing attorney will guide u through it.

They tried to make a wholesale org to fight. But they didn't want to put their money up. They wanted everyone else to. So it didn't go anywhere. These guys got rich off "education" not real estate

You ever asked a wholesaler to see their contract when buying from them? Or ask how much their contract is? Almost always get a no. Yet they are selling u a contract you can't see? This is one of the many reasons regulations are happening not just because realtors are lobbying. Many wholesalers simply don't have a clue. When you contract with someone to buy their house. Buy their house. Or wholesale it. That is fine. But you better close.

Or protect homeowners. Can't count how many times a garbage wholesaler lied to a seller then didn't perform leaving the seller screwed. The truth is wholesalers lie so much its been well deserved. Unfortunately ruining for other wholesalers that actually perform.
