@@220avg I feel it's very clear tbh! For a introductory guide, it gives sufficient info for anyone who wishes to start. (Aka this guy right here) One personal thought I had - and this isn't strictly necessary - but if you could maybe include a section that provides muscle-specific exercises that people w/o gym machine access can do, that would be awesome.

@SeedSeedSeed that’s one thing that I’ve thought about that is hard to account for because not everyone is going to have access to the same equipment. It is possible to work out every muscle group even with no gym equipment but that’s also going to vary greatly depending on what you do have access to

Basically a couple of house balls that just happen to be reactive. Just last week my teammate left a 5-7-10 but somehow the 5 ended up close enough to the 4 pin position that the rack was still able to pick it up.

I have been wondering this for a while, and i'm sure i already know the answer... but does switch sports bowling make you better irl/vise versa? it would make an awesome video if you just bowled your best for a few games at your bowling ally, then bowl the same amount of games on switch sports and see if you do better on one, do the same, or do worse. the purpose of the video is of course, can switch sports be good practice to improve your bowling in real life?
