I love watching stuff like this, perhaps giving it a 10:1 gear ratio will make it produce more electricity. Even a store bought generator won't produce much turning the rotor by hand

well, me, is it a re-post. it feels familiar. in any case, (1) an induction motor is, generally, a BAD choice. if the impedance/resistance of the stock stator coils is too great, output current will Always be low. (2) output will be even lower, due to the use of tiny magnets, (3) installed in a configuration that may not match that of the stator coils. cheers googletranslate

it was not just a miscalculation. you destroyed a good motor and added a few magnets around the rotor thinking that with those you could make a generator and then with a great big powerful motor you made a few LED's light up. Yes disappointing and it is DEFINITELY NOT free energy since you had to use energy to turn the rotor by hand.

Congratulations! You took what was an old, reliable electric motor that may or may not have been very efficient and might have actually been useful driving some sort of rotary device, tool, washing machine or whatever and turned it into an almost completely useless generator producing almost no useable electron flow. well if i am successful in making an efficient generator from this or a similar rated motor, my time would be well utilized which i am pretty sure of :) Lets hope for the best coz i have successfully done it with smaller motors and the math is same for all.
