I would love to write a review and get all that chocolate however this is my opinion of this podcast... I love your recipes I love your knowledge most important thing to remember like you said is that you cannot trust your doctors. I am 75 I've had the same symptoms for 40 years I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and then I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and then I was diagnosed with lupus I was tested for Ms but the doctor thought this was a joke and enjoyed sticking heavy voltages on different spots I never offered any advice about my symptoms . No one would test for parasites I have to ask specially for heavy metal tests it's just completely acceptable to be stiff exhausted have terrible skin rashes and giant black and blue marks all over your body and that does not impress the modern world at all. Your advice is very much to the point you can either stop eating or you can eat what kind of foods you write about and the supplements are absolutely the right ones for recovering from anything it Lyme disease or chronic fatigue or radio Sonic sensitivity and I appreciate the probiotic advice and have to check that out against the product I've been using for 20 or 30 years. Seeds seems to be unique in your theory about how to produce the probiotic. The glutathione is challenging protein powder DSP will help me get enough precursors to make some of my own. You could never stress enough the challenge of our time and the parasitic untreated overload we're exposed to even when we stopped eating processed food. Thank you so much for your generosity and sharing what you know about health what you know about adding treats that are healthy for those of us who no longer can put together a really healthy meal that is seasoned correctly. What ratio of DSP do I need with a giant tub of chocolate😊
