Moira's healing spray definitely needs a slight buff. Basically shooting an entire load at a Rein to get anywhere at the moment.

A solution would be to increase the resource cost of healing and increase the heal amount, so she would run put very quickly, but it would heal significantly more. What you've said is very right, because a buff to her heals would make her very very strong in a Lucio Moira, speed into enemy team holding left click behind them.

@@ArxUK I think that could still break her since it would mean you spend less time healing and more time damaging to generate resource. They would probably have to increase the resource costs by a lot more than the healing increase. Right now it's 20 energy per second to heal 70 per second, so 3.5 hp per energy. If you wanted to heal 80 per second, then likely it needs to bump up to 30 energy per second. Her healing output seems more balanced around orb + spray together to actually fill up a tank's health bar quickly. Makes sense I think...Ana also can't fill up a health bar super fast without committing nade, Bap can't without regen burst, Kiri can't without suzu, Illari needs pylon, etc. But the most imporant thing of all...how the hell do you do that fade jump onto the high ground in the P3 section of King's Row? I can't get it and keep falling into the pit, haha edit: got it! Jump right when you fade!

She already has some of the highest raw healing output in the game. The DPS passive is the only reason it sometimes doesn't feel hefty but that's every support now. The DPS passive's existence just encourages supports to ignore healing altogether and just look for elims. Feels like you're never gonna save anyone anyways, so why bother throwing a heal orb when you could just throw a damage orb? Same for Mercy with her beams; I'll stick to the blue beam and not even heal in a lot of situations. I'd rather them potentially get the kill with boosted damage than me just drag out them dying and for sure not getting the elim.

12:42 I believe why Moira heals very slow is due to devs not wanting to make her overpowered with both heals & damage, being that she can pair her heal spray with heal orb simultaneously and it be effective.

When I right click kill a Genji in silver it feels lame. But to see it here in top 500 is beyond crazy. If Moira is that "bad", why aren't you being melted instantly. The problem I find is if you're at 50% HP against a full HP Moira, in almost every duel Moira will win due to basically having 100% accuracy.

I agree, stats don't tell the tale but don't really sit with that mentality that your damage justifies your healing output. i feel like the passive hot should stack up, to be better able to top tanks. like, for every second you keep your healing on someone, it could apply another stack, up to 3. That way after you keep your heal on someone for 2 seconds straight, they get a 153 hp hot over 3 seconds. make this refreshable, and she probably becomes the best sustain healer, while being able to dps in the 3 second hot windows. could even lower her base healing in that case, to 50 hps or so and it would still be great.
