Trash tier has different sub-levels. She used to be T1 now she's T5.

So for most people, when they move to the left, their next move is going to be a move to the right. The attacker doesn't know when they are going to swap directions, but they know that once their target stops moving left, they are going to go right. So players automatically look for the slightest animation change that signals the player is changing directions, and then they will snap their crosshair very slightly to the right of the target because that's where they are going to move to. What people don't expect, is for a player to stop moving. They see the little animation change, and they do what is mentioned above, but if you stand still, they will over-shoot your hitbox because they are expecting right movement. Adding a third movement (Left, Stop, Right) is one reason for standing still. The second reason, is timing a player's attacks. We know the rate of fire that an Ashe's gun will fire at, so we only need to actually dodge just before they fire their next bullet. By standing still until this time, we relax their aim, line it up in a predictable position where we can dodge it based on timing. It's a bit like dancing. You know the beat of the music, we stand still until right before the beat of the music, and move so that when they fire on the drum beat, we have moved out of the way of it.

I mained Moira for a reason, never played an fps before ow2, and I stopped play games 20 years ago, so she was a safe pick to be helpful while playing with friends, currently plat 2, I switched to dps 3 weeks ago, Sojourn main, I can't understand how people complains about Moira to be honest, I win like 90% of my 1v1 even in my low rank where she's supposed to be op (gold 5 - silver 1), if you are that stupid to face her in a close room, then it's your fault ("you play Moira cause you can't aim" well, if you can't win a 1v1 you also can't aim). Regarding this video, as usual, great gameplay Arx, I don't know how you can be that good maining Moira in higher ranks.

Overwatch has never been a good game to spectate. It’s always been too chaotic. It’s somehow always been easier to understand while playing than just spectating for me, and I have no clue why that is.
