My daughter has dyslexia and ADHD, she struggles so much with school but is now a freshman in college. I just keep supporting her and I know she will be successful at whatever she chooses to do. Lisa, you are an inspiration and the only reason I took leap of the faith to even try to sell my beautiful flowers. I still only sell at my self-serve roadside stand but know someday I will have a bigger location, one step at a time, one day at a time. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge with us. You are an amazing woman leading this group and we all thank you!! Thank you - Sarah from Quiet Corner Flowers 🌻🌻🌻🌻

Thank you dear Lisa and farm friend. You bless so many with the wealth of info and experience you share. Meeting you on the different platforms and learning from you not only about the work but about the benefits has been a highlight in my experience. You are the reason I moved forward with investigating all things flowers. I never imagined I would be taken down the flower path within the veggie patch but it's happened. Thank you and bless you always.

I love when you comment about your Dyslexia. I live it every day. The passion is the reward . I get what you say about resonating with certain people. I was a hair dresser for 34 years.

Loved that you would share with us. You are a strong woman inmany ways with so much talent. Feel proud. You've worked hard to be where you are and your success is here before you. Your definition of procrastination is on spot. I needed to hear your words today to help me keep moving. I'm grateful. God Bless.

I live with dyslexia too. Under extreme stress it can get much worse, like becoming a caregiver of a terminally ill, close, family member. I love to read, but it is exhausting. It can affect all areas of my life. Your success is an inspiring example. I sincerely thank God for you.🌻🌻

Thank you Lisa for sharing your knowledge. First time with a garden in SC Zone 8a and my fall sown snapdragons are budding up along with poppies. Stock is looking good (although worried because its so hot this week). You set me up for so much happiness this spring!

My joy in the flower garden is in August, silence in the sunshine, observing the insects and pollinators buzzing around in total bliss. I can count several dozen different types of flying bugs all sharing blossoms in a symphony of frenzied Chaotic dance.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciated listening to this. I needed to hear this today. There are so many things you talked about that are going on with my life right now that I can relate to exactly with my business with procrastination with being afraid with just jumping in with overthinking decisions and over spending and over planning just so much… And I love to see someone that I really look up to such as you talk about your mistakes. That just really makes me feel normal and like everything is OK. Everything is going to be OK. But so nice to get these words of advice and encouragement from someone like you. Thank you so much Lisa! ♥️

Thank you for always educating. Hoping this is THE year I have enough bouquets to share. Every year we learn another way to not grow flowers.

My son is dyslexic and the husband probably also but not diagnosed so it's always so uplifting to hear people who have found the place where their talents can shine! School might not always be the right fit but definitely talents in other areas. My boys have spatial talents I would say. So thanks for speaking about it!

I haven't invested much and am not ready for the seedlings that will want to be planted. I spent 1000.00 on seeds . I'm planning a flower farm / wedding venue . May throw in a u pick and a small farmers market. I'm retired though so not stressed if it doesn't succeed. I'm more afraid of success. I don't feel I deserve it.

What about not wanting to completely focus on the flowers. I'm dreaming of a farm like yours but don't want to give up my 6 airbnb properties. When do you decide to quit the day job ? !

Plant all these 1000$ of seeds in your air b Nbs . Purchase the next house with large land in mind. Many people would love to spend some time in a working productive garden. Hummm, can’t you imagine if you could spend a weekend at Lisa house cottage. Sipping tea , snipping flowers soaking up sunshine… ahhhh I hope your Airbnb has mint for tea, aromatic flowers to experience, and what I call pettable edibles. Think sages, rosemary, etc.
