He's saying that when the car is moving the airflow will move any oil that's leaked out, backwards, along the engine and associated components. That means you might think it's coming from one place (i.e. close to where it's ended-up) when in fact it's coming out of the engine somewhere totally different.

love the new music....love the new leet speak i.e LIKE A BOSS.....loved the tip with the u.v light......loved the storey about the dorm.....but i find it hard to believe wind moves oil in an engine......gravity moves the oil to the back of the engine while moving in a forward motion....
