What was your issue with tps to begin with? Is your truck automatic?

The old TPS was sticking and not "snapping" back into place... This was a 1986 Toyota Pickup 4x4 Automatic 22re I was working on

@@greasyhandsdirtyfingernail2065 oh I see my truck at times won’t go into first gear and rpm rises but won’t engage till truck is warm and this symptom comes and goes every other day that’s why I think it’s tps I swapped it out and no change
