The problem with most "cheap" helicopters is that their airframe has a limited number of hours, and then those hours are reached, the aircraft is no longer flight worthy and must be scrapped.

The price shown for the Hungaro is only the cost of the main gearbox and main rotor shaft. A full helicopter is several times that amount.

(6:30) Revolution Helicopter and the Mini-500 are DEAD. Even if you can find a kit or aircraft for sale, if you value your life, don't touch it, as the design engineering work was seriously lacking. It killed a number of owners who built them and flew them. Revolution Helicopter Corporation went out of business in November 1999.
