Chair Freeze transition tutorial! Bringing you another Bboy transition tutorial. Many of you asked me for a bboy tutorial on exits from the "chair freeze' so here it is! Creative Task: Transitioning from Chair Freeze can be tricky so learn two of my given bboy chair freeze exit transitions and then practice freestyling from those exits. This will make your new combo battle (performance) ready. You'll experience a confidence boost and an increase in understanding how to be both scripted and free at the same time. (More on this in later tutorials.)💡
Don't be afraid to change these movements, doing so will not only expand your vocabulary that it will, in turn, increase the speed how you learn as you will now be taking OWNERSHIP in your craft. This is an important tool to have when competing against others.

Before you practice:
1. Warm up/get your heart rate up: Always take your time to warm up your entire body.
2. Mobility. Mobilise your joints and muscles transitioning into a light stretch
3. Optional but recommended mild conditioning of the muscles surrounding the Wrists, Shoulders, Knee, Ankles, and most importantly, Core.
