15:33 - when they had lobster on the asian buffets, here in va, before covid took all that extra good stuff away, i never understood why they put all that slime on it, making it so hard to work with and i would go through gobs of napkins. lol. 😂

The Asian buffets here have that too. It’s Cantonese style with the slippery black bean sauce. Even if it takes me longer to peel out the lobster meat, I’m still going to eat a good helping. 😋🦞

I did not catch her name, with the big ol lobster hat on :) ----- Get some surgical scissors to bring.... Much easier to cut into snow crab legs n lobster. These scissors are small and of course on eBay and Amazonk. Best to you!

There was an Asian buffet not far from me in Pennsylvania that was doing the exact type of buffet a few years back. They were hard up for business so they put snow crab legs on and they put chopped up pieces of lobster and lobster claws just like they have there and other more expensive items just to get people in the door. They owned two of these buffets about 40 miles apart the next thing you know they went out of business. Closed forever

What a bargain I would be there every week for those snow crab legs, and a few other things. I love Lobster but I'm not a big fan of lobster claws their kind of rubbery. You live in the right part of the country for buffets. The big Buffet areas are Las Vegas and Myrtle Beach South Carolina where there are like 100 seafood buffets.
