I cannot express how much I love this format. I know most people hate repeat moves but I LOVE them. That’s how you improve by repetition?! Thank you again. I think I will be doing this workout a few times a week 😂❤❤❤❤❤❤ (I’m from South Africa and 62 years old but not scared of weights!
