She isn’t kidding saying “shaky.” I’ve been lifting weights consistently for close to 30 years now and this workout makes me feel like a beginner! I know that only means it’s making me stronger so I’m going to keep doing it! 💪🏼

My gosh. Inskipped thecshoulders but did cardio incl the one during shoulders. We do so much shoulder work no matter what workout we're doing I seem to have I don't know irritated my right chest muscle where you would do like chest flies so I skipped shoulders wisely. Let me just say that I'm usually only 2 to 5 lb behind Tracy however I ended up LOL going to 3 lb on my biceps because my wrist and my forearm were hurting so badly regular biceps always are a struggle for me because of some rotational issues I have but this was a fabulous workout and I lifted fairly heavy I did eight and 10 lbs and 5 1/2 and 3 lb but I only use 3 lb when I was in so much pain I had no choice LOL and that was biceps only. What a fabulous upper body❤❤❤

This was shaky for sure.😅 The excercises are tough and I felt I lost form. I tried to keep it up though but it was intense on the muscles. I feel I have to do better. The sequence of the straight strength is always hard.🥵 Thank you Tracy.👍💪❤️
