Highly requested, sincerely kind: Noele Lee.
Noele is a Lecturer of Decision Sciences at Paul who teaches both undergraduate and MBA students in courses such as Management Information Systems, Computing Essentials, Project Management and Operations Management. She is an accomplished Project Manager, Program Manager and Program Management Office (PMO) leader with close to 30 years of experience in world-class companies and consulting firms, managing multi-million dollar global programs and change initiatives.
But did you know that she hates wearing high heels? 👠 Or that she:
🎿 Learned how to ski as an adult
🏡 Loves the smell of freshly cut grass
❓Watches Jeopardy every night
🦸♀️ Would choose flight over any other superpower
🐾 Is passionate about pugs
Noele is the kind of person who knows the true definition of a "grumble," can do a double Vulcan salute, and considers one of the best purchases of her life to have been tickets to see Wicked. She describes herself (quite adeptly) and optimistic, patient, and empathetic. She's an extrovert with introvert tendencies.
The best piece of advice she would offer her teenage self? Don't sweat the small stuff. She'd do it in book form, though, to really get the point across: Don't Sweat the Small Stuff and It's All Small Stuff.
In any season you may find her watching gingerbread construction shows on the Food Network. She is not a big fan of Journey post-Steve Perry. She's still working on mastering mindfulness and being present.
In addition to her Lecturer role at Paul College, Noele provides consulting services and training in the area of Project Management. She is also the Head of Business Affairs for a start-up media company.
