I could live with this one with just a few changes to the kitchen/dining area. Its very livable especially if you live somewhere that allows for outdoor spaces to be used year round.

Sliders don't work as entry doors, but that can be fixed. The fireplace looks artificial, so it would be no great loss to remove. There's very little counter space in the kitchen, and the dining area isn't a good choice for the washing machine, but if part of the side porch were enclosed, those problems could be solved.

This house is beautiful, but I feel that the side balcony is too much. It already has an amazing front porch that goes perfectly with the house. By eliminating the side balcony the kitchen can have more countertop & cabinet space.

Chybí mi vstupní prostor s věšákem a botníkem, kuchyň ma malou pracovní plochu a malo skříněk na nádobí, chybí spíž nebo aspoň skříň na potraviny. Dále zde postrádám pracovní koutek nebo alespoň stolek s počítačem. Zbytečná druhá veranda. Při stolování nechci poslouchat pračku.
