There's an excellent entry and a small office for those who work from home. It could also become a guest bedroom. The kitchen is small, though there is a pantry closet. I like the upstairs suite. If I were to build this house I would make a modest addition to the back that could enlarge the kitchen and make more space for the laundry machines.

Watched several times. Yes there is a downstairs bathroom. Attached to the bedroom as well as accessable to the rest of the downstairs. There does seem room for the mechanics of the home. There is also a door to underneath the stairs. i also noticed that the upstairs bedroom could be changed for a large walk in closet with the little window for daylight inside. I would also have thw bed raised with storage drawers, etc. underneath. The skinny closet I might use for shoes or to hang nice dress or...whatever. Lots of options to change up to suit anyones taste preferences. I love this plan! I especially like the idea of having a fireplace off the end of the dining table instead of a huge window.

You had me at the office space. So often in homes, RVs, trailers, and even liveaboard boat designs, there is no real spot for a proper desk for a proper large computer monitor. Laptops are fine, and one can make do in various ways, but this charming little home had more than enough of everything to absolutely be a forever home to me, starting with that office. Was also impressed by the two bathroom design and a good main floor bedroom well configured for avoiding stairs when older. Needs a fireplace - that wall with the large painting would do nicely. Downsizing to one couch/sofa by the window and a loveseat or couple of chairs across from the fireplace opens up more space. I'd remove the console on the wall under the TV as it clutters up things in my view. Hang the TV above the fireplace or have one that drops down when in use and retracts when turned off. Or turn the smaller bedroom into a den/library and put the TV there. Great kitchen. Love the laundry closet. Would love to see a larger pantry - we can and put away foods. Or maybe just have a basement for that. Very nice bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are nice, but I'd probably turn the smaller one downstairs into a den/library. Upstairs looks great. Overall, very nice and comfortable.
