The things that actually helped me get my dream skin: 1. Drinking loads of water. 2. Have a simple basic skincare routine, no 10step korean shit. Our indian skin and weather is not made for that. 3. Basic exercise 2 times a day and breathing yoga. 4. Loads of vitamin c,d,iron,zinc and protein rich foods.. Hope it helps..❤❤❤❤ take love shef❤❤❤
