That pressed pork's ear jelly slice is not raw, you need to cook it for hours and when it is cooled, sliced and pressed the natural gelatin gets firm but the ear pieces still have their flesh and cartilage which lots of people do not enjoy (texture) plus you need to dip it into sth. or make a lettuce wrap

Haha yes!! We thought it was Bossam when we saw it from afar and were so surprised when this came out 😂 i think Ada enjoyed it quite abit, just that it would have been nicer with some lettuce and ssamjang haha

Is it cold during winter in Jeonju? i am going Jeonju in Jan!

Yes! We went in late dec and it was actually really really cold. There was snow everywhere and the wind was pretty strong. Do prepare warm clothing when you go!! Jeonju was one of the prettiest places that we went to during our trip and we wished that we had more time there 🥲

Nice!! There's lots of food to try in Jeonju so you should plan it out haha! You might also want to try staying in a Hanok for a night or two!!
