The Selongor-Japanese friendship garden is quite new... I went there before it was reconstructed. There was a café there that sells good English breakfasts... Enjoy

That's the solemnization ceremony, the wedding reception is usually done elsewhere at a hall/hotel/event venue. Those mosque tours are to give visitors a close-up look at how Muslims worship, also to help dispel Islamophobia.
