Idk if it’s just me but when me and my wife went to St pete beach the water was green kinda like the video. It looks nice from aerial view but it honestly wasn’t as pretty as the panhandle beaches we went to or south east fl. I like a little green with more baby blue. But to me it st Pete looked kinda like a really clean lake how green it was..

I can see that. The waters in this area are more emerald than blue but the 30A beaches are much the same color. Usually pretty consistent around much the Gulf of Mexico. Mostly ranging from turquoise to emerald in color

You guys are now living where I lived for several years. I lived in St Petersburg and worked at the Don Cesar in St Pete Beach. a lot of people who are not from there really think St Pete beaches are beaches in St Petersburg, but it's not. this is due to a confusion when using the term "St Pete" for St Petersburg. St Pete and St Pete Beach are cities in Pinellas County.

@@TheDetourDuo the best thing to live on the gulf coast of Florida is the beaches. from Clearwater beach all the way down to Bradenton beach and Anna Maria Island, Sarasota beaches and much more. just cross the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and you will find a lot of cool beaches down there like Anna Maria Island in Bradenton. What beach can u drink alcohol on

St Pete Beach only allows it on hotel beachfronts for hotel guest only. Redington beach allows it if it's not a glass container. Treasure Island is about a 10 min drive and they allow it but they have weird rules. no glass, between the 8500 block and the 9900 block of Treasure Island Beach between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
