I went to the hotel that’s right next to that mall and it was amazing this summer and they have milk tea/ boba there and it was amazing Edit: in the hotel on the 81st floor they have a steakhouse with snow-aged steak

I saw show several years ago, about food in Vietnam. On Food Network I guess. The host found a place that served cobra. You picked out the snake, paid the $100...The cobra was killed, the skin deep fried like pork rinds, soup made from the bone broth, of course the meat, and for the grand finale, the diner had to drink the bile. Eating the entire cobra was supposed to be a religious experience, or good luck...idk. The bile was purple and stunk. The host nearly lost it. I have not been able to track down the episode. It might have Man Vs. Food.
