Two tips from a Dutchie: you can buy a small bag stroopwafel crumbs for next to nothing and they are the nicest thing to eat. They also slather some caramel on top. When you eat kibbeling you have to eat it with the traditional accompanying sauce. It's called ravigotesaus (sometimes remouladesaus) and it's a bit fresher than mayonaise and really lifts the flavour of the fish 😊

@@viserion1682They're just flour, eggs, water and salt. A kind of puffy tortilla. Or flattened white bread that was fried. Definitely a kind of savoury taste by itself. @viserion16827 ай бұрын
@@erwintimmerman6466 i’d trade water for milk, but they’re not at all like a tortilla of bread, they’re very different in my opinion. They’re also not fried in oil, but made in a pan with plenty of butter!

okey can we just talk about how they ate the pannekoek? why did you slice it like a pizza?? the proper way to eat pannekoek is to roll it up, than slice it in to equal parts(you can also just bite the rolled up version) and than grab it with a fork or smt. oh and you can add stroop or sugar(or any other topping like nutella or other kinds of sprinkels) to the pannekoek which will greatly enhance the experience. lastly if you have a really thick pannekoek like boerenpannekoek you can slice it like a pizza if you wish (though you can easily roll up a bacon/cheese pannekoek).
