Salaam brother Mostafa, loving the content! Would reallllly love a video where you break down the pros/cons of being an anesthesiologist resident, what attracted you to the specialty, what you did in med school to make yourself competitive for your match, and your general impressions on the lifestyle from you experience so far! Underrated channel akhi keep it up!

Very detailed! I saw your day in the life video over at Dr. Webb's channel and really enjoyed the detail you put into it. Very different from other day in the life videos. Other videos don't get into the medicine of things as much as you do. if you could try to capture some of your colleague's (surgery, medicine, obs&gyne, peds) day in a life with the same amount of detail that would be awesome! All the best

Good work, I've enjoyed this vlog mainly because of what you do on a daily basis. I'm in college right now perusing my degree in PTA ( Physical Therapist Assistant) in the med field. I have a question, how do I have a balance between my workouts and studies since I'm doing five classes? What if I may ask you what was it like for you when you were in residency?
@dr.mostafamaita4 жыл бұрын
Hey! I am still in residency, one year left to go! I use working out as a reward system. What I mean by that is, I will workout usually after I finish my studies OR I will complete my workout before my day starts, usually earlier in the morning. My schedule fluctuates with call responsibilities, so I have become more flexible. I think the main advice I can give you is to adopt it as a part of your day, and not to perceive working out or exercising as a chore. Sounds like you are ahead of the game!

@@dr.mostafamaita Thanks man that means a lot to me. I'm 25 yrs old and I look at my age as ok I'm still young I have love, power, and a sound mind. I look at my schedule this coming semester, I'm taking Anatomy and Physiology II, Chemistry, Trig, Kinesology, and I'm still deciding on the fifth class. I look at you and I have to say your well put together, giving advice to people like me to strive for something greater in life, and your cool. Not many Doctors are as fit as you are and I commend you for that.
