I have a corneal disease and I’ve had several procedures on my eye and I take drops up to 12 times a day. I get it. I HATE eye problems and drops. It sucks. I hope they can come up with a solution for you that doesn’t involve drops in the future!

My husband's mom died last year and they cooked together a lot. She had a few recipes he really liked, in this old wooden recipe box written on cards. I found a co that takes the written recipe in her exact handwriting and puts it on like a tea towel. I got him that, and a funny Hawaiian shirt with actual photos of pur three rescue d dog's heads and a carhart coat. So far for my 19 yr old son, a Soph alt Willamette U, I got him a personalized yeti water bottle. More shopping to do for me

My only advice, if you do opt for surgery, make sure they use an eye shunt that is conditionally safe for MRI. And make sure you carry that card for the device in your wallet and tell anyone who is going to perform your MRI that you have it. I’m an MRI tech and have been astounded at the amount of patients who’s doctors/surgeons do not tell them this! Just because an implant can be safely scanned, we can’t just pop you into the machine. We have to know the safe scanning parameters so we can stay below the limits for the device. Can’t wait to see the new car reveal! Did you stay with a luxury car or no? ❤❤
