Years ago, we talked about one day looking at the 24 Tai Chi form.
Well, today felt like the day to introduce it.
We look at the basic forwards walk for the 24. A few techniques for that.
Then Separate Wild Horses Main in silk reeling form
Combining the silk reeling with stepping.
We finish with a full form demonstration of back and front views before warm down.
Have you done this form before? Do you remember it?
Remember to only do what you can comfortably when you follow. If it hurts, adjust straight away. If it still hurts, stop! Done correctly Tai Chi should never hurt, so listen to your body wen it tells you something isn't in the right position.
