Very attractive home. The layout is well done; the furnishings and decorations are appealing, both inside and out. I can see myself relaxing in the chairs on the patio, with my dog by my side, just enjoying a beautiful day. This is a home style in which it would be a pleasure to entertain family and friends. This is perfect, love the use of dark wood and black, not too sure about the table, definitely need to change that window in the en-suite, nobody wants to see anybody on the loo! 😅

Charming and storage space nicely thought out. Why not just include the overhung outside patio in the kitchen ,eating ,living room space and put dining table there expanding kitchen sink area a foot and giving everything room to breathe? Unless someone lives in a perfect climate that extra indoor space would be very productive ,allowing for a spacious feel , walk around ability and more gathering room for .guests . Always check your videos as they are interesting and well done. Thank you.😊

Way too many wall size windows and doors that's not safe and weather and it's not safe for intruders the master bath is too small

Seems like architects only watch TV in bedrooms and have no neighbors in line of sight. Better have a good HVAC. Nice ADU; poor home.

Sliders everywhere! Maybe too much of a good thing. The tabletop stove has no space for ashes, so perhaps it should be a gas unit. If the window wall in the kitchen was not full height there would be more room for counter and cabinets. With a few adjustments this house would be livable for people like me.

Needs a half bath at least and a dedicated tv room and a gas fireplace not wood. Burning wood makes a house smell badly after awhile.
