Yes! Finally someone who is normal! Yes women can have an Adam's apple. I do. I was born a woman and always were one. My upper body is skinny, even when i put weight it still stays skinny and that is why my neck is well defined and my Adam's apple is visible. This is normal! I am no beauty but I was called pretty and cute before and never was I mistaken for a man bcs of Adam's Apple.
