For the strut mounting hole, I would use a rivet nut / rivnut. You need a special tool for it, but a cheap one is like 20 bucks. Those rivnuts are super duper handy when you need to mount a bolt in thin metal. I put a bunch of em in my 240 (volvo, that is) to hold in the engine floor plate. Great stuff, holding like new

There is a grommet on your door by the latch that is the perfect size for the hole you have from removing the antenna to keep water out.

For applying stickers use baby shampoo and water in a spray bottle. Peel the back off the sticker and spay it and the area you are applying it at. That lets you move the sticker around freely without messing up the adhesive. Once you got it lined up use a card to squeegee the water out and heat gun to dry. Stickers will look perfect every time.

If you warm up the glass slightly with a heat gun, it helps with vinyl adhesion 👍 Then peel application tape back as flat as possible looking for sharp corners to avoid tears 🤘
