A wire wheel cup attachment on an angle grinder works great for removing seam sealer
@sethmeigs5 жыл бұрын
'Zactly my question - couldn't you just grind out (or wire wheel) the seam sealer instead of chipping away with the screwdriver?
@KineticTaco5 жыл бұрын
Wire wheel saves days. And adding up the days it saves it’s probably saved a life or two.
@AllenSunnyD5 жыл бұрын
I second this, Wire wheel comes out on top on this, get deepest into the pinch welds and does not remove material from the sheet metal like the flap disk or mini sander belt.
@TrColeNTraining5 жыл бұрын
Allen SunnyD not to mention the seam sealer renders a brand new flap disc useless by gumming it up

I like that you ain't afraid to work alone man. It's like it's okay to work alone, you don't HAVE to have a wrench group to work on a car. That's a bad habit where I'm at, so no one progresses on their car because they can't get people together to wrench, or they'll only wrench on one person's car because obviously some people are more open to help out than others. And don't get me started on clubs, it gets even worse.
