The Evo MK1 is the first board released by the high-end Esk8 component manufacturer. Perhaps because of this, the quality and completeness of the parts were quite good for a first board. Other advantages included the board’s expandability regarding tires, trucks, wheelbase, and bindings. It was a satisfactory board, and it was hard to find any shortcomings regarding overall performance and specifications. In addition, the current price of $1499 for the Pro and $1199 for the Lite are considered very reasonable for their quality. Linnpower is an innovative company in ESK8 industry that has contributed greatly even if you are not familiar with them. As a manufacturer I pretty much have access to anything. The Linnpower Evo MK1 is on my short list of must have boards. I hope to be riding mine soon!

I first got to know them about 3 years ago as a DIYer. Of course, it would have been difficult for people who weren't interested in ESK8 parts to know them. However, they were already a well-known supplier among those who knew, so I think they made a great board even though it was their first release. I hope you try it soon too :)

I really like those boards with batteries underneath the deck. Look very aesthetically pleasing, even though batteries on top would be more accessible for sure. One thing I would like to see in those builds is protective mesh around the motors.

In some ways, I think it has a clean and simple design because it is not a traditional MTB. It is like an SUV. And to differentiate my review, I am opening the board's enclosure and showing it. I am trying to open all the boards that I can. Yes, the remote control improved in terms of functionality as the aluminum frame was combined (throttle wheel)., but it also looked good in terms of appearance. Yes, it was a more casual carving feeling than a traditional MTB carving feeling. So I think it is a board that is well suited for street riding too.

Gear drive looks very tight and the 90A esc Should be enough power For a thrilling ride.overall The design of the board is Beautiful.top speed seems to be enough for any riders.the price of this board with this spec seems so nice.love the quick release hub wheels on this board with channel trucks,also the flex on the board seems to work in harmony with all the parts for a comfortable and smooth ride. I'm always looking forward to your review .really nice review!!!😊

i hope this is better tech than the last meepo hurricane hubs. I had nothing but problems with the linnpower rims and gear cases

Plus, our gear drives are assembled with extra care and quality control by the LINNPOWER team. Meepo's gear drive is assembled by the Meepo team. Fantastic review as always. I ordered the lite version and hope to receive it sometime next month. I'm curious to know how my evolve 7" tires will work with this and if range is increased at all. I have evolve 6" wheels as well but I assume they are to small to work with this board. Can you confirm that the 6" wheels will be to small.

If you mount 7-inch tires, the range may increase a little. And the torque will increase and the acceleration will improve. However, the top speed will be a little lower. And as far as I know, you can mount your 7-inch tires on the Evo hub. However, most 6-inch tires have a limit to how much the tire can stretch, so they will not fit properly on the Evo's wide hub. I love your videos. I have the OG nomad 90T Gear, and I love the power. I am due for an upgrade I am worried this wont have enough power. How does it compare? I like eveything about this board but i am worried it wont have enough torque.

If you already have an OG Nomad, you won't feel an upgrade in terms of power performance. I think I can enjoy yours more :)

I ordered the Pro version. Do you think the Newbee 200x70 tire that you reviewed in your last video would be a worthwhile upgrade on this board? I plan to do light off roading and I like the way they look.

I think it's worth it because those tires are really cool. But first, the stock tires are also great so I think it's not too late to try them out and then decide.

how does it compare to the acedeck z3? I think I might want the extra range on z3but not sure about top mounted battery. I like both companies but not sure who to give the support to! if they were specced out with the same batteries and you could only have one which would it be?? thanks :D

Yes as you said, those boards of both companies have very satisfactory performance. From my experience.... The Z3 was very comfortable to enjoy off-roading due to the suspension, and Evomk1 was a traditional off-road style board that felt excellent stability. Take this into consideration and choose

It seems impossible because the drive mount specifications are different between the two trucks.

Is this 3500w per motor?

Yeah, That number is the maximum power that the motor itself can produce. The board does not use that amount of power.

Looks great, but it sounds terrible. Im getting sick of belts just for the noise and other factors. I ride along beachsides with a belt driven Lyacon 3.0 before they became a scam. I really want to love this especially for the price, but i think I'll have to pass for a gear driven board whats more money.
