Hi Mo, just finished your podcast with Steven Bartlett. Life changer. Read your book before and this podcast emotionally really resonated with me. I have been caught up mentally a lot with System stuff like: why does humanity prioritise scarcity over abundance, individual success over collective success, short term over long term outcome (delayed gratification) etc. I look back to many ancient philosophies (Buddhism, Taoism, Stoism, … ) and find a lot of beauty and peace in it but matching it with our reality creates anxiety, especially for the next generation in the face of the A.I. context (was about to write threat but …. It’s in our hands, not the machines are the threat but humans…. Dictated by their current operating system…). So from my side i will join your cause and try to make a difference as good as I can to spread the right morals and ethics. I have many questions worth to ask but will continue to be a listener and supporter. One pressing question from the last podcast with Steven: you made the distinction between two humans fighting a tiger by killing the tiger to protect a village and the higher life intelligence by putting more gazelles around the village to create different circumstances: the thought i can’t avoid is: why the bias that for a higher intelligence the human life (in the village) is more worth than the gazelle life which is sacrificed to save the human life in the village. Allow me to raid the commentary here to put it out there. You are an inspirational person and voice I will do my best to amplify with the basic means i have ….

It’s incredibly reassuring to find a space that cares about impact, connection and humanity so deeply. Thank you Mo for putting these thoughts out there in a world increasingly devoid of meaninglful connection.

1:17:20 Dear Mo would you kindly consider telling these beings falling asleep to increase the speed of the audiobook/video? (: I am watching everything atleast on double the normal speed as all those bullet train thoughts rushing through my head are otherwise getting the overhand most of the times and thus making it almost impossible to concentrate. Also many many thanks as well as most gratefulness as always for these nice conversations

It would have been nice if in the discussion of Sufism ‘s influence on Sikhism poetry and devotional hymns there was an acknowledgment from both parties that Sufis were practising Muslims. It seems Mo has sanitised the religion of Islam completely from his podcasts to suit New Age tastes. I’m not a hater and I respect Mo’s journey- it’s just a personal observation I’ve made …

Hi Mo, It was an interesting conversation. I just wonder if you were informed, that Yogi Bhajan has been accused of being a child predator and rapist by his community. He started the Yogi tea business. I was a practicer of kundalini yoga in Los Angeles with some of his teachers for years. I never met Yogi Bhajan himself, but it has come to light that he was less of a spiritual leader than a cult leader. Women and children were mostly affected by his heinous acts. I know there was a story that the Sikhs in India did not want Yogi Bhajan to bring Kundalini Yogi to the West. I personally found some blissful experiences through the chants and Yoga practices. It seems like most sacred traditions create cover or access for predators. I'd be curious to hear what one of his intimate students thought about this. It seems like he has just carried on with his successful tea business. I found myself wondering if that is why Mr. Khalsa went to therapy.

Late Yogi Bhajan and his teams' actions have just kindly been brushed under the carpet since 'White Bird in a Golden Cage' by Premka. Not referring to YB sexual and power exploitations, horrible girl's grooming and much more, taking his name off all the websites and continuing to do going, as usual, has worked for many. 'There is no shame in this world. All these things feel jucky' (Jagatjoti).
