@CoachZac11 жыл бұрын
If that is what works best for you that is what you should do. Just make sure you can go hard the entire 20 seconds.

Hi Zac, Im am trying to decide whether to do the month or yearly elite training program. U say in the video for it that only in the monthly includes the whiteboard sessions and NHL player film breakdown but on the tick list it includes those in both the month and yearly? thanks

hey thanks so much for the advice about going for long periods of time during quickness drills, before I seemed to get endurance confused with quickness. I admire your work ethic. I had a good work ethic until I went on vacation and let loose, I wanted to get back into the swing of things when I got home but Im home now and I can't, I just don't feel like working out or practicing anymore but I still wish I felt like it, any advice?
@CoachZac10 жыл бұрын
ThunderSports Force yourself to do it whether you like it or not. Tell yourself to do 5 minutes and then you will get going and you'll end up doing 30 minutes. Make it easy on yourself by only going for 5 minutes and if you feel like stopping then stop. But more than likely by the 2nd or 3rd day you'll turn that five minutes into an hour.

Should the person stretch out before doing these exercise or is it a waste of time thanx
@CoachZac9 жыл бұрын
Richard Green you need to warm up for 10-15 minutes. Jog, jump rope, bike, etc... no need to stretch before.
