I'm an old school college football fan. I'm not a Nebraska fan, but I want them to be a powerhouse. I don't root for Notre Dame, but I want them to be in contention. I want Oklahoma to play Nebraska like they did in the old big 8. I want Florida to win 9 games and talk about next year. I want Iowa state to be a dark horse with a hell of an offensive line, and Penn State to be a contender.

There's no way Rashada can prove that Napier promised him a "$1M signing bonus" in the lawsuit it alleges it was said over a phone call but FL is a 2 party consent state and I highly doubt Napier would say that (if he did then he does deserve to get fired). I think Napier was just named dropped to speed up a settlement. I read the entire lawsuit and I do think what Hathcock, Rojas and Walker did was messed up (based on the text messages that were shown) but Napier can't be blamed for what other people promised/said.

During his phone call with Harlen, Coach Napier relayed that Jaden would be receiving $1 million from Hathcock as a partial payment towards the promised $13.85 million once Jaden formally signed his National Letter of Intent with UF that day." This is the only part in the 38 page document where it says Napier promised money.

When they found out they said that, they said hell no! certain ppl in FV now try to explain and etc to them that the deal is lower....the 13 mill went up because of the parents and lawyer "lawyer bailed out btw, mmm weird". And they said no again so the NLI was released with Rashada. The two guys have been completely let go and etc. billy was never involved in ha kinda deal and right now was told they're not worried about it right now because there isn't nothing there

I have no idea how Oklahoma State is 7th in the odds market (as low as 8th depending on where you look). They are 3rd in the nation in returning production, and have arguably a top 10-15 WR room, RB room, OL unit, LB unit, and head coach. So yeah they’re definitely my big 12 sleeper

Excellent points Josh. There are plenty of football programs and collectives that could sue players for signing with a team and taking their $ then up and leaving for another program, for MORE $. Get it all out in the open. The Rashada case, AND the Kaden Proctor. It'll be really interesting if Rashada can really prove the actual, very specific things he alleges. The Proctor situation? Nothing to really prove. Iowa was scuzzed for all he could walk away with. That's happened all over the place. Sign with a program, then take that money and suddenly leave for another program for MORE $. Which CFB program will be rhe first to sue over that. And Kirby Smart gave his blessing to suing another SEC coach, namely Billy Napier? Wonder what Smart has to say about that. Rashada better prove that. Wonder if Kirby is having any second thoughts. Wonder what Napier is thinking. Will the University defend him and their collective?

I think UK will be/can be a sleeper in the SEC. They have one of the most experienced defense. The question is always the offense. I think the QB and receiver play will be good enough. I think running back will be the key. Can Chip Trayanum be a reliable 2 or 3 yards when they need it? If the offense can show a consistent pulse, I think they'll have a chance to win every game outside Georgia and Texas.

Personally, I don’t think playing a team 3 times in a season is a big deal. No one has ever cared when a team plays once in regular season and once in conference chip. Most were excited when bama uga went head to head in the natty after the sec chip. It’s gonna be rare anyway. The committee will not have teams who have already played previously play in the first round. And if it happens in the quarters, semis, or finals, then so be it. Good teams are good teams. If that’s who is there then they deserve it and everyone will forget they ever cared. I hate the expanded playoff, but this is an overblown issue
