Who would have thought after Dan’s first game at Oregon with Nix, getting demolished by Georgia, that he would now have Oregon in the Big 10 with top 5 odds for a national championship with one of the most talented rosters in the country… and Nix just went top 12 in the draft 😂 And he’s the #1 target for pretty much every big job opening. Insane to think about. Dude has been putting in work.

As good as Dan is for us the thing I admire most is how he answers the same 3 questions in every interview and the guy takes it in stride. Someone please ask this patient man something other than his 13 hour drive, wife’s sickness and Alabama/Georgia.

All you need to know about Dan. When asked about getting smacked in game 1 all he thought about was how can I get better. Didn't blame the roster, didn't blame turnover he said how can I coach better. That is an elite level individual.

I just want all Ducks fans to take a moment and remember what it felt like when Mario left to Miami compared to where Oregon is at now. Good coaches tell recruits to select a program and not a coach or a friend on the team because coaches and players leave but the program lives on. Dan making his way to Oregon was the result of program building over the past 30 years. Buckle up and enjoy the ride because if there is one certainty in CFB it’s that everything is uncertain and you never know what’s going round happen next.

What’s special about a B1G schedule? OSU, PSI, and Michigan had some of the easiest conference schedules in college football. The B1G west was by far the worst division in the country. No more.

@@XxBonzeD4Kill4xX last year was a small sample size since its obvious you are going off of that alone. Yes you will always have your teams like Iowa and Northwestern who can't get 100 yds to save their life but if you actually watch you would have a better idea of what your talking about. I could use your metric and say the Pac12 doesn't play defense and thats why you had more productive offenses last year. Which is true. Also now let's see those high flying offenses now that Penix, Williams, Bo Nix are gone, just to name a few. Let me know if you need help understanding anything else✌

I'm amazed it took Oregon - so long - to find their guy - with all the other coaches who just didn't see what Lanning sees ( ? ) when looking at the same place ?!? --- Potential has been there ? --- Yet none of those other guys saw it ! --- He's on the right path for certain but will it result in the winning he hopes to accomplish ? Time will tell - he has all the pieces !!!
