My brother's name is George Monk, who was one of Cromwell's top military leaders, as you mentioned in the podcast. In my little bit of reading about the historical figure, he seems pretty heroic in turning power back over to the monarchy and Parliament.

When i saw the title of this episode i honestly thought that it would be centred around Tony Blair . After all it was he who scrapped the law that said that traitors could be executed . Now why would HE want that changed .....
