thank you! was released online by Kid Koala in 2003. There is probably a physical form somewhere. Essentially it is a Kid Koala song which consists of a remix of "Lonely Man" by Dan The Automator feat. Gorillaz which unfortunately has never been made public. There are two versions of this song, but the most popular one is the one you hear in the video.

No disrespect to the Spanish version, but I much prefer hearing 2D sing it in English. As soon as I first heard the English version I was able to enjoy the song more because I actually knew what was being said and I could connect with the song more.

I understand. I've never been able to hear 2D in the song either, but he's officially present as a featuring. So I had to put it in. Just do a little research. Just because we don't hear her voice doesn't mean I shouldn't include her in the list since she's an official featuring.

Ghost train was actually released 1998

Yes, in the lore of the cartoon band. Ghost Train is one of the first song composed, but was official released with Rock The House single. Like "1st Idea" was composed in 1998 (i think) and released in 2021

Those are bonus tracks that were released in G sides (and some regional versions of Gorillaz, notably USA) they still count as B sides even tho they were released

unfortunately the only published version can only be heard in the intro of the dvd "Phase 1: Celebrity Take Down". A studio version has never been released and, most likely, it was only made for the introduction of the dvd. But the original music by Riz Ortolani (without the Gorillaz beat) is always available.
