Very nice pit. Just like my Workhorse 1975 with a few small changes.

This is the most beautiful offset smoker I’ve ever seen. I’d take this over a workhorse, fat stack or even lang.

I think this is my favorite one yet. Just a good looking cooker.

I have a cooker from another company (dead ringer almost for this traditional flow) and your cooker looks really, really good. Mine cooks fantastically, and after having linseed oil cooker, they are so easy to maintain and they look great. The welds on yours are next level though......the best I have ever seen. I see you also have a GSP in the shop (I have one also). I need to get on your list for a reverse flow....and you have the 36 coming up?!?! Will call to see about grabbing it as I have always wanted a Shirley..I see why people are so passionate about them.

@@sharonshirley5182 Happy Father's Day to Paul and all the Fathers at Shirley Fabrication. Sharon, I am so excited as I am on the Tyler waiting list. With the new shop is the wait times for the smokers still 30 months. After reading your text, it is very intriguing to grab a smaller patio model in the meantime. I'm from Canada. I watch Paul's videos daily. I've been on the list for 5 months. Original I selected a patio model but may jump into a modified trailer model. Thank you and God Bless

It is a nice rig, but I am curious how Workhorse Pits feels that you just copy exactly how they mount their 1975t.
@sharonshirley51822 жыл бұрын
i would not give 2 craps about what they think.... since you must be a master fabricator tell me exactly what you are talking about.... workhorse has not been in business but for only a few years.... i wonder how all the big builders in Texas that workhorse copied on the traditional offset feel.....:).....our build is different in so many ways you want me to name them for YA!!!!!?????

@@sharonshirley5182 I've been a bbq cook in Austin for 12 yr. I work at one of the top places since 2016. JD built us one of the first Primitiviie Pits which is the company he first started. No doubt they weren't first Paul, but when I began cooking there were only 2 pit builders with a great reputation. Austin Smokework and Primitive Pits.

There's people ragging on pual saying this is a workhorse copy but I tell you what I rather do business with Pual. Also, for the people ragging on pual let's see you fabricate a cooker that's "different". #haters
