Some people do not realize what happens behind the scenes, when you got social media and people lining up for food expect to wait. Just remember to be patient as well as kind. Service workers really do a lot and they are often not paid what they deserve. They are doing their best.

Ive opened a few resturants in the late 90s for my boss,and it takes 3 months to smooth things out and get the right personnel in place.High turnover in the buisness and once things start to fire on all cylinders it becomes routine,not automated,but just everybodys working togther and in step with the beat like a marching band.For $6 people best have some patience,loyalty,support and help this guy become succesful and branch out to support other cities and communities

I saw your review on Lavish in West Philly. My daughter went there and got 2 platters, chicken and salmon. Both were good. Chester is a bit far so we will go back to West. They do run out of food because nobody in Philly sell $6 platters.
