I don't think anyone else has mentioned this yet, but upgrading your Double Freedom to a sawed-off doesn't actually effect it's range or accuracy. It just makes it one-handed carry. I know the description of the upgrade can be a little misleading. It does say that converting a weapon to a sawed-off does make it more inaccurate, but the caveat is that the double freedom is already an inaccurate and short-range weapon that saturates the area immediately in front of you with projectiles. It's range isn't shortened after upgrading, and the fire-rounds is a huge plus. I still agree with your main point though, upgrades can have downsides. The Double Freedom just doesn't fall into this category.

You can reload the heavy weapons like the RL-112 or Commando of a teammate with the push of a Button. One needs to equip the weapon and the other one needs to equip the ammo pack. This makes reloading heavy weapons much much faster.

I sometimes throw my teammates at enemies to save the day sometimes when you your last and have 4 cyborg tanks rolling up on you and your boxed in its maybe a way to save the day

Yeah, I do that when I'm cornered, I'm about to die and If I place my teammates in where I am, they'll die aswell, so I throw them as far as I can

#05 "The scouts aren’t worth a shot" Hell yes they are, especially on higher difficulties. In fact, they should be the priority target for immediate shots. The only way to prevent the bigger and badder foes from coming at you. That said, killing the scouts in time is not easy with 3-4 players because most people are slow at target acquisition.

I wish there was a way to determine who the leader gets to be. Often times it is not the host. I like to join in-progress games and try to just follow along. If I see, say, a group of survivors getting decimated, I'd gladly take over the leadership, grab at last survivor and get moving when I know we also have a great chance/opening to outrun the enemy. Often times even the host is running around like a headless chicken stuck in a vicious cycle of spawning and getting crushed by Hellpods. I've seen noobs prioritizing kills over mission success. I understand that many noobs tend to lag behind while choosing to engage but one certainly does not need to spam the "Move" button either. Save it for warning people about incoming air strikes and kindly nudging players to move along. Some players jump right in and start rushing everyone else that was already there. Obviously you can kick players out but ideally one behaves like you're revisiting someone's house and you just don't make yourself at home without permission.

I know this is a old post, but you can suggest host where to drop. I often listen to others when I choose lz, and I usually ask if anyone is OK with it. For the most part, some of them u can drop near the objectives if you know what u are doing. And saves time that way. But I guess when u play lvl 10 and plus. Weapon preparedness could help too.

The blue lock indicates DLC that must be purchased. Once you purchase it, the stratagems or weapons pertaining to the DLC you purchased will be automatically unlocked. For example, if you buy the Demolitionist DLC pack it'll unlock the REC-6 Demolishers.

All of the objectives that require you to destroy them, can be accomplished with the rocket launcher, the mortar launcher, and many of the air strikes. The nuclear shredder missile being the most effective.

*help* I play on vita mostly but when I'm home I play on my PS3. for some reason I cannot get my PlayStation Plus Cloud saves 2 update my PS3 save. my PS3 luckily did receive all the DLC I bought and my save up to that point. now it will not update at all

For the first tip, the different factions have conditions to meet before you can use the hellbomb. Bugs, none. Cyborgs, need to shut off the generator so you can call in the bomb. Illuminates, need to break the shield before activating the bomb because it doesnt do enough damage to break the shield and the pylons. The Shredder nuke strategem is the alternative. As for not throwing teammates, he means don't throw your teammates' reinforce beacon into the enemy swarm because they will spawn in the middle of the swarm and likely die. This doesn't always hold as you can use their hellpods as a weapon to kill enemies for free. Most of the time, it's a safe bet to throw the beacon in the direction you are retreating. Ok just finished the video; MUCH MUCH better than the original thank you for preaching heavy on teamwork and communication I'm not sure how it is on the 4 but on the ps3 gaming with randoms is souper rough most everyone just try's to tank the hordes instead of rushing objectives and then they bitch about losing because the enemies spawn infinitely. Also high lvl teammate + cardio accelerator + jump pack = trysofucknghard kick immediately or die to infinite screen tear. 1,000,000/10 keep it up bro Another also, will you be streaming helldivers anytime soon? +Kendrick Taylor shit well at least I'm not alone with my pub lobby issues, oh and I love the folks who call in the recoilless rifle and then pick up the launcher AND ammo pack! I mean 90% of the simple teamwork aspects can be learned by just reading the loading screen hints for fuck sake. +Kendrick Taylor it's meant to be an assisted reload weapon so if you find someone who will be dedicated to watching your back and making sure your ammo's topped off you can fire it incredibly fast like less than 1 second in between shells fast. And at tier3 it's the most powerful handheld weapon in the game and will one shot anything at any angle for the most part. Sorry for the long winded explanation it's a beast mode weapon though and needs hype really bad

Dancing Queen is a particular tip for what? If it was a hidden trophy I would've understood why that was in there. And It's certainly not the easiest trophy "in playstation history". SBK Generations awards a trophy for starting the game, for example.Beginners need to be told more stuff like "no need to rush samples like a loot ninja" and "try to teamwork, as in look what directions others are covering and don't grab ammo if somebody else needs it more". That sort of stuff.

+010karl010 It wasn't meant to be a serious tip which is why it was slapped onto the end of the video as a "bonus" and why the video is titled 25 tips. Though, I do agree with you. Beginners need to be told not rush for samples and make sure they're not stacked cover on only one side. But there are many countless tips that the beginners need to know. Much too many to list in a video. That's why I always say for other should they want to, drop more tips down here in the comment section. If you feel a beginner should know something that'll help go ahead and list in the comments. Hundreds still check out this video.
