#22 Sometimes people set a to low price and you can make a good deal. If you don't keep it for to long, you can sell it later at a good price but less good deal for the buyer than you got. If you sell it significantly lower than the low price you bought it for that would be pretty stupid.

Well number 1 was actually explained in the comics. And I recommend you look it up, a quick summary is this. Different posture, superman has great control over his body and he can actually change his voice to sound timid and shy, he took acting classes to master the different mannerism etc, and a bit more that I can't remember. But you should def look it up its a fun read with cool pictures.
