She was pushed by her husband Jock. There is even a rock near her with his name written in blood. Leonora's death was based of a real life murder mystery in the late 1940s - The Black Dahlia.

1. "Something lives there". Nope, the "in-game audio" is a tap code. When translated, it says: "Cousin, you never call, how do you fancy going bowling?" 2. Shark attacks are bugged and they do not always happen in Online 3. The story about the house being connected to the Manson Family is just a theory and there is no other proof of this being an easter egg other than the supposed house number. The NPCs "do not act normal" because in GTA5 certain areas where npcs spawn are bugged. The same thing happens with f.e. the construction workers in the underground tunnels. This is tied to wrongly coded surfaces, which results in them being unable to pathfind and trigger other scripts. 4. The house doesn't bleed anymore. It was never an easter egg. Not only is this bug fixed in newer patches of SP, but it was also never present in Online as far as I am concerned. Most likely it was happening due to an incorrect hitbox being placed on the prop. 5. The cockroaches are simply bugged. If you actually looked closely, nothing about this building is right. The while area was probably rushed during the development, as the sign on the building is floating in the air, the lights that are iluminating it are also floating and are incorrectly rotated. The ladders are bugged and some of them don't work and so on. 6. That is not Jessie Pinkman. It's a photo of one of the devs 7. That dog *could* be connected to that website, but their model (or texture) looks nothing alike 8. The rat man isn't real and the sewers are not misterious at all. The only thing present there is a single easter-egg called "The Sewer Gator". These are 3 audio clips of gator noises that play randomly when you stand next a particular place. That "noise" is also not a heartbeat, nothing like this was ever found in the game's files. 9. Yeah, the Blaine County Motel is canonically a crackhouse. Go figure.

The plane is crashed in the Alamo Sea,as it’s unrelated to the other plane crash underwater. Those are 2 separate planes,and if I remember correctly the plane crash inside the ocean was used as a Setup mission for the Doomsday Heist (Act 2),Nearby Paleto Cove.Those 2 plane crashes are unrelated to one another.

Fun fact about the corpse in the mine shaft, the quest mentioned requires a little bit of a scavenger hunt before you can get the letter. Once you have it down, you can actually find a film reel near the corpse which will unlock it as a contact. Calling the corpse will allow you to use filters (sepia, film noir, etc.) - it cycles through a few before resetting with no filter.

She was pushed off mount chilliad by Jock Cranley because Jolene planned on staying to take care of her parents but Jock wanted to go away from Los Santos to pursue his dreams of becoming a stuntman. And until this day, Jolene's ghost haunts the sideline of Mount Chilliad. A little secret is when you approach the Ghost, there will be a name written in blood. The name spells out "JOCK". It means Jolene wants to haunt Jock.

It's a nice video, there's definitely quite a lot of effort put into it. I didn't know about a handful of these. But the explanations vary from being very satisfactory to being very poor. In the first "mystery", you completely omitted that the knocking on the hatch is Morse Code, and that it references Niko Bellic's cousin Roman from GTA IV, and his notorious catchphrase of playing bowling. Or the "sea monster", which simply is a whale's skeleton. But the explanation about the Manson family was thourough and well made. Anyway, I understand pulling content from a 10 year old game (especially when 99% of the easter eggs are well known) is difficult, and I appreciate that some of these were actually somewhat "niche" and not that well known.

Furthermore, at the campsite down below (converted to a bunker in the Doomsday DLC) you can hear her screams between 23:00 and 00:00 (same time as you can see the ghost). 4:50 The "heartbeats" you hear is only the traffic above. You can also hear that sound under bridges etc. Lots of cool facts there, but most of those facts are as old as the PC version of the game. Though probably interesting for the new generation of GTA V players.
