The Cali license plate does make sense actually. In the gta/ rdr universe the places you play as are post flood and we’re renamed. There’s tons of lore explaining how in rdr2 the USA went by all it’s real world names but a great flood happened which turned the major coastal cities into islands which became their own countries and were playing in the renamed island lands in gta

27:45 this is due to Yusuf's role at the end of TBoGT where he offers to franchise both of Tony's clubs, being Maisonette and Hercules. While not explicitly shown at the end of the game, it can be assumed that Tony eventually agreed to Yusuf's business proposition and later left Liberty City, as Tony is removed as a contact from Luis' phone after completing the story. This is why this appears in GTA Online.

Here are a few completely useless but real facts for you: - Pressing the forward movement button (Usually W on PC and up on the analog stick on consoles) will move your player forward. - If your health bar drops to zero, you will die. - If you wait for long enough in game, the day will slowly turn into night. This is a sneaky reference to the fact that the Earth is rotating. - Franklin is named Franklin because of an idea one of the developers had for the name of the character. - Lester walks with a cane because he can't walk easily. - Sometimes, honking your horn in a vehicle will create a different noise than usual. This is because the horns can be modified. - GTA V was the first game Rockstar ever released in full colour. - Despite being called the Maze Bank tower, the building has no mazes. - In GTA Online, if you buy the Weevil, apply the surfboard roof rack and a tie dye paint job and select a musical horn, then drive the car to the sewer system underneath the Casino between 3 and 4 am, then crash into the north wall, you'll look very silly.

He was mad because he only got paid $100,000 for that role and the game itself made like $300 million. So the voice actor was a little bit upset that he got basically chump change compared to the bigger picture. So Nikko’s voice actor did not return for the DLC’s that they had with the ballot of Gay Tony or The Lost and Damned. They actually had to reuse lines that they already had recorded because he wouldn’t return.

a fact i figured out on my own that no one seems to talk about is , if you follow and shoot a specific car/truck driving down a highway or road, a lot more of that car/truck will spawn in the area. Example, i followed and shot the tires out of an oil tanker truck and then EIGHT of the same type of truck where suddenly spawning in and driving on the highway.
